Biennial Conventions 1948-1960.

This series comprises Board of Foreign Mission (BFM) material from United Lutheran Church in America (ULCA) biennial conventions from 1948-1960. Items include typewritten reports and addresses related to the work of the BFM, and copies of programs from BFM Foreign Mission Nights held during conventions. Items vary by folder. Certain folders contain only a copy of a Foreign Mission Night program. Other folders also include copies of convention addresses related to foreign missions. The series also includes BFM biennial reports presented at conventions from 1952-1958. These particular records include either the report itself, or a script of the report as presented during the convention. This series represents only a partial collection of biennial convention material. For additional material pertaining to BFM biennial convention reports, please refer to ULCA 2/1 Minutes, 1918-1962. Records are arranged chronologically.
